Make Hinglish, Roman Urdu and other Roman-script captions

Many viewers read Hindi, Urdu or Arabic faster in Roman letters. Captixa converts the transcript word by word and keeps every word's timing.

Switch to Roman script

  1. Transcribe your video from the Media tab.
  2. Open the Translate tab.
  3. Under Caption script, pick the Roman option: Hinglish for Hindi, Roman Urdu for Urdu, Arabizi for Arabic, Pinyin for Chinese, and more.

Translate your captions

In the same tab, under Translate captions, choose a Target language. The original word timings are kept, and right-to-left layout switches on by itself for Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew and Persian.

What you need

Conversion and translation use the AI model set in Settings (Groq, OpenAI or Gemini) with your own key, and need an internet connection. Only the caption text is sent, never the video or audio.
