Keep captions clear of TikTok, Reels and Shorts buttons

Every short-form app covers part of your video with its own buttons, captions and profile info. Safe zones show you where.

  1. Under the preview, click the safe-zone button to show the overlay.
  2. Click the arrow next to it and choose a platform: TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels or YouTube Shorts, or the 10% title-safe area.
  3. Click Move captions into safe area. Captixa also warns you if captions overlap the platform's buttons.

Platforms move their buttons between app releases, so treat the overlay as a guide, not a guarantee.
